Frequently asked questions
How do I add a card to my lock?
Put the lock into add-card/admin mode (via the TTLock app or as described in the lock manual), then present the card to the reader. Once accepted, it's ready for everyday use.
What happens if a card is lost?
Remove or block it via the app or your lock's admin settings — it can then no longer unlock your door. Add the spare from this pack as a replacement.
Will generic RFID cards work instead?
No — these cards use Blusafe's own encryption scheme, which is part of what keeps your system secure. Generic third-party tags are not supported.
