Professional Product Installation Terms of Service

These Professional Product Installation Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the terms and conditions under which the installer ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") will provide professional installation services ("Services") of products for customers ("Customer", "you", or "your") within the United Kingdom ("UK"). By engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Services Provided: The installer will perform professional installation services for the products specified in the invoice or agreement between the Customer and the Company. The scope of services will be detailed in the same agreement.
  2. Schedule: The installation date and time will be mutually agreed upon by both parties. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
  3. Access and Preparation: The Customer agrees to provide necessary access to the installation location and ensure that the area is properly prepared before our technicians arrive. This includes clearing space and removing any obstacles that may hinder the installation process.
  4. Site Readiness: The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation site meets the necessary requirements for the products to be installed. This includes electrical connections, structural support, and any other prerequisites mentioned in the product documentation.
  5. Product Compatibility: The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the products to be installed are compatible with the intended location and any existing systems. We are not liable for issues arising from incompatible products.
  6. Payment: The Customer agrees to pay the agreed-upon installation fee as outlined in the invoice or agreement. Additional charges may apply for parts and labour outside of the initial scope.
  7. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If the Customer needs to cancel or reschedule the installation, a minimum notice period of 24 hours is required. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a rescheduling fee.
  8. Warranty: We offer a limited warranty on our installation services for a period of 12 months from the installation date. This warranty covers defects arising from the installation process itself and does not extend to the products being installed.
  9. Liability: While we strive for a professional and error-free installation, we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by the products themselves, pre-existing conditions, or actions beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the installation services provided.
  10. Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the installation, use, or operation of the products we install.
  11. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement for installation services with written notice in case of material breach or failure to perform as outlined in the agreement.
  12. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

By engaging our professional installation services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms may be subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to you in writing.
