Extend the warranty on your Blusafe product by an additional two years beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. Cover protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use — if a covered fault develops, we repair or replace the product or component at no charge.
One extended warranty covers one product, and it must be added to your basket at the time of checkout on blusafesolutions.co.uk — it cannot be purchased later.

Eligible products
The extended warranty applies to Blusafe products purchased on blusafesolutions.co.uk, including the Origin Smart Plus, Apollo, Contour, Contour V, Fortis V, Synthara, Breeze Plus, Breeze Plus Rose, Axis Smart Euro Cylinder, Yunity, Cloud and Symphony ranges, and Blusafe smart accessories. Add one extended warranty for each product you want covered.

Misuse, accidents, improper installation or unauthorised modification; normal wear and tear; extreme environmental damage; unauthorised accessories or third-party components; cosmetic damage that does not affect function.

No — it must be purchased at checkout in the same order as the product it covers. If you're buying more than one product, add one warranty per item you want covered.
How do I make a claim?
Contact our customer support team with your original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and a description of the fault. If the claim is valid, we repair or replace the product or component without charge.
If my product is replaced, does the warranty restart?
No — replacement cover continues from the original effective date and does not extend beyond the original warranty period.
Does this affect my legal rights?
No — this warranty is in addition to any rights provided under applicable consumer laws and regulations.
